Trying to download CS 5.5 onto my new windows 8 laptop.

I have downloaded the files three times now but when I go to install it says the files can't be found and that I have to start all over. Obviously doing the same thing over and over is not working!!! I need a solution and apparently can't contact a help agent directly- I have to go through the forum! - I've been trying to accomplish this for a day and a half now and I need it done!!! HELP!

    Please try to install with administrative privilege or you can try enabling the hidden administrator & download it from there.Enable and Disable the Built-in Administrator Account
