Trying to downlaod InDesign free trial, but I get error code DW021. Help?

    Thank you for your quick reply. I tried this, but now when I try to download, the app doesn't appear to be launching to show me that it is doing anything. Instead I just have the webpage that says it is downloading - but nothing happens.
