Trying to Download the Desktop App

I just purched the 1 TB lightroom plan and am currently on the free trial. I am trying to download the desktop app version but on multiple browsers, even after clearing my cache and cookies, I am getting a 500 server error whenever I try to access the download page. Is this the case for anyone else or is it an issue on my end?

We appreciate you reaching out. We assume you're using the Creative Cloud desktop application to download the desktop version of Lightroom. Did you try the suggestions given by the experts above?
