Trying to install Adobe Illustrator but it gets stuck at 42% and nothing happens. Have tried 10 times and the result is the same. I exit Creative installer and start again and try download AI and then it stops.

if mac, delete the contents of your tmp directory and retry.

if win, delete the contents of your temp directory and retry.
