The photoshop preferences were not saved last time program was shut down. It seems the easiest way is to uninstall and reinstall program but dont want to lose my paid subscription. Is this possible to do without losing my paid subscription or is there a easier way to get them back on there? Tool setting are there by the way its the preferences at the top that are gone.

Your subscription is activated by your log-in ID and password.

Presets & plugins should reside on your hard drive. Make a backup copy and store in a safe place.

WIN 10:   C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC [year]\

Use Adobe Cleaner tool to wipe old files off your system before reinstalling CC & PS, etc...
