Trying to install CC apps, nothing happens

I'm using my CC account on a shared computer at work, and I'm having issues trying to install Premiere Pro. I tried searching it on the application and whenever I click on the "learn more" tab I'm brought back to the "All Apps" page with no changes nor error messages. I also tried installing it through my browser and again, I'm brought back to that same page with no notifications.

I tried uninstalling/reinstalling CC, running it with administration permissions, and I checked if it's in compatibility mode, but nothings has come up. Has anyone experienced any similar issues?

You should be installing using the cc desktop app.
