Trying to install CC2016 Illustrator - get fatal error 126 - unable to download

Trying to install illustrator.  It starts to download, then I get an download error - click on more and it tells me fatal error 126:

How do I successfully install illustrator.  I have been successful with other apps; Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, Media Encoder so far...
