Trying to install CS6 Design and Web Premium on new hard drive

MacBook Pro operating OS10.11.1. I'm trying to install CS6 Design and Web Premium from CS6 DesWebPrm 1.sparseimage. This is one saved to my hard drive years ago and has worked in the past whenever I've needed to re-install. Now it hangs in the installation process at "Currently Installing Adobe Dreamweaver Widget Browser" The installation is stalled at 31%

Can anyone help me to understand this issue?

use the adoe installation file.

Downloadable installation files available:

Download and installation help for Adobe links

Download and installation help for Prodesigntools links are listed on most linked pages.  They are critical; especially steps 1, 2 and 3.  If you click a link that does not have those steps listed, open a second window using the Lightroom 3 link to see those 'Important Instructions'.

Three other links that may help to install old programs on that operating system

Install CS5 on Mac 10.11 https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2003455

Java https://helpx.adobe.com/dreamweaver/kb/dreamweaver-java-se-6-runtime.html

See reply #5 in https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1965850 for several solution links

-the first link in that reply is a possible solution to install problems
