Trying to install Dreamweaver and it says I need to stop other installers.

It says that I already have installers running and need to stop them from running.  I have read and tried the instructions that were given by Adobe but it still says I have other installers running.  What can I do?  Thanks.

    restart your computer and then try installing dw.
