Trying to install Elements 12

It is taking a very long time to install Elements 12. How long should it take?

It took me about 10 min on my imac.

Thanks for your input.

I cancelled the install, cleared out all files & processes relating to Elements, and then tried the install again. Took about 10 minutes to install.
