trying to install my copy of photoshop CS3 [CS3 is DEAD, Locked]

how do I install the copy of CS3 that I already own? the computer I've had for 11 years or so died last year and I tried installing photoshop on this new one. but as I found out, both the online verification and hotline have been discontinued. how do I verify the installation now? I have the physical disc and serial number. I don't want to pay more for a software I already own (I also cannot afford to spend money on something like that), and adobe seems to want me to pay for the cloud just to download the things I've already paid for, no way.

if I can't get this copy that I paid for and physically own to work (without paying more to make it work) then I am absolutely done with adobe.

    you can use cs3 for 30 days on any one computer.  that's it. there's no workaround.

    CS3 is a dead program

    The CS2-CS3-CS4 activation servers have been removed from service
    -https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite.html?promoid=19SCDRQK
    -So even if you have a disc or saved download, CS2-CS3-CS4 are completely dead
    -Adobe also no longer supplies the special non-activation version of CS2-CS3-CS4
