Trying to move Adobe Creative Cloud; Australian student

Hi,

So I have purchased a new laptop that is a Windows DELL XPS 13 and wanted to move my free Adobe Creative Cloud membership which I got from the NSW Student Webstore onto it. The one it is installed in now is a Macbook Pro. I am only limited to one download. I wish to delete the one on my Macbook and put in the XPS but I'm unsure how to do this or if it's even possible. I'm sure it should be but I can't figure out how. I'm 100% eligible as I am a NSW student, so that's not a problem. If anyone knows... please please help me out!
