Trying to move my CS6 to my new computer

When I run the CS6 install I am told my license key is valid but it is unable to find a qualified product. I give the install my CS5 license key  for the the qualified product but it tells me my CS5 license key is incorrect. The CS5 key is coming from my Adobe account for CS5. So I tried installing CS5 whith the CS5 key and it installs. I then tried to rerun the CS6 install and it still cant find the CS5 installed version.

Does anyone have an idea of what is causing the problem?

    Atul,

I had to finally chat with Adobe. It appears there was something wrong with my CS6 Key. They had to override and we got it installed.

    Which CS6 program/suite and which CS5 program/suite?

Are you sure the CS5 you have is actually a qualifying product for the CS6 you have?
