Trying to redeem code? Does anyone know how to?

Purchased a wacom intuous pro and registered got a redemption code for adobe cloud with license key and it gives me this error:  Help! I’m getting this error: "Oops! This card was purchased in a country that doesn’t match your Adobe ID. You can try signing in with a different Adobe ID or get in touch with us if you need help.”

Have tried for 2 days to get in touch with Adobe, no luck I am now frustrated and sorry I ever bought the product!!!!

Adobe help says contact them - well they need to change that as its a joke, there is no one to contact.

Unbelievable, finally got an agent after hanging around for almost 2 hours, took 35+ minutes for that agent to say, oops sorry, this does not fall under us, I need to transfer you through to the cloud team.  It will only take 2-3 minutes, which is a laugh as Adobe time of 2-3 minutes is actually in real time an hour or more.  Verry disappointed with the service.....

Sorry, tried that after several hours of waiting.  they could not help and wanted to transfer me.  Please do not say, when that error comes up to contact support.  It does not work.  Just say - oops we cannot help you with your problem.  At least that way, the user won't waste any time.
