Trying to reinstall Photoshop CS4 I have Activation Code/Serial Number on the email sent by storemanager@adobe.com when purchased.

Question

I came to redownload it, my purchase info is missing from my account, and the version I downloaded is asking for an upgrade product serial number (which I don't have) to continue the install. How can I get this install to continue, Im on a new computer all old serials are gone with old motherboard and drives?  I have the online purchase receipt and activation/ serial number emails for the purchase.  How can I get this "Trial version" to accept what I have? or is there a full version download available here since all my purchase info is missing from my account but need to get this Photoshop CS4 working again.

If you purchased an upgrade version of CS4 then you have no choice but to identify the qualifying version that it was upgrading from along with that older version's serial number. If you did not retain the serial number info but you registered your software the serial number for the older version should be found under your Adobe account in the My products section. If you remain unable to find your older serial number then you will have to contact Adobe support thru chat and see if they can help you.
