Question

Trying to restore my CS6

Greetings,

This is probably not the place to present my problem, but the Adobe website seems fiercely protective of not dealing with customers with problems. Anyway,

I was a staff member of The City University of New York Television station (CUNY-TV) several years ago when I purchased Creative Suite 6 at an educational discount. I'm now retired, and recently I had a major problem with my iMac computer and lost software including CS6. Turns out I can't find the discs for re-installing CS6. To make matters worse my email has changed. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Moving this discussion to the Downloading, Installing, Setting Up forum.

Allane95063694, you can use the process listed in Find your serial number to look up your registered serial number.  You will need to use the old e-mail address, and the associated password, if you wish to access the account.  If you are unable to log in then please contact our support team at Contact Customer Care to see if it will be possible for you to gain access to the old account.

Once you have located your serial number then the installation files for Creative Suite 6 are available for download at Download Adobe Creative Suite 6 applications .
