Trying to switch cc to a new computer?

I have a student cc plan and the computer I've been using crashed, so I got a new one and am trying to download cc. However, there are multiple apps missing and are listed as trail apps. I have tried deactivating cc on my old computer and running it only on my new one, but it hasn't done anything. I've been looking through the website all day and can't find anyway to fix it. I've tried opening the help chats, but it keeps telling me I don't have access to that. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Was that Contact Customer Care ?

Just a few information:

  • You can install Adobe CC on multiple computers.
  • You can activate twice.

What does that mean "multiple apps are missing"? What apps are listed as trial? (post a screen shot here of your CC app)

What does https://account.adobe.com/plans say? Please post a screenshot, but edit private data out.
