trying to uninstall adobe and resinstall it on another drive

The problem is when i go to control panel and try to uninstall it it takes me to adobe creative cloud and forces me to update the creative cloud when i try to uninstall abode which is wierd. Please help me get around this.

The Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App is the 'Master' controller of all Adobe applications.

It- Installs software, it un-installs software, it 'Activates' the software (by Sign-in), it verifies your subscription is current.

Do not use OS functions to un-install- Use the Desktop App!
