Trying to uninstall InDesign

I'm trying to unistall InDesign so that someone else in the office can use it on their computer because the person who used to use this computer is the one who originally installed and it used it for our company.  They're no longer here and I do not have the same need for it.  When uninstalling InDesign I get the error in the attachment.  Any advice on where to go from here?

The cc cleaner tool may help, as john said. But you don't have to uninstall it so that someone else can use it, just deactivate it for your computer using the associated Adobe ID.
