Two Accounts listed - which to deactivate?

I got Acrobat DC Pro last year and use it on a PC.  I now want to use it on a laptop as well.  On my account, it says I have 2 copies activated, both showing the identity of my PC with slightly different descriptions.

How do I find out which one I need to deactivate?

I will be deactivating from my laptop as I don't have access to the PC for a day or two.

Creative Cloud does get confused some times, which is annoying. Choose either one, it doesn't matter; you'll probably need to sign in again when you get the PC back.
