Question

Two different editions of CC, same subscription.

I work at the office on a Mac desktop. I recently got an Asus laptop to work remote when I need to. I installed CC on my Mac first. Every program is up to date, but it's listed as "2018" version of the software. When I installed the programs on my laptop the programs are listed as "2019" versions. This creates a headache when opening files saved on my laptop on my desktop.

CC is a cloud-based program, going online and updating the installed programs should get them up to date right? So why do I have two different versions of the software when they're both up to date?

Make sure Win 10 is running the most current build. If older build some of the newest CC versions won't be available.

    chrisd95118818,

good evening.CC uses apps installed on a PC instead of the cloud.

There is no problem if both the 2018 already in use and the installed 2019 version of the app are on the PC.If you want to match the versions for work, etc.,

it seems that a bug will come out immediately after the latest version release, so you can install both versions for a while.

Recently, there is also a setting to save all the hard disk space, or to delete all but the latest version.
