Supposedly, it is allowed to install Photoshop on two machines with one license. What if one machine is a Mac and the other runs Windows?

    If you are referring to Creative Suites products, then no. Licenses are platform specific. However, Creative Cloud subscription allows to use stuff on different platforms. Likewise, PS Elements can be installed on two platforms.
