Dear All

Why Adobe is "esente da tasse"? , exempt from taxces here in Italy ? It is not a secret information, they say it when they send you an invoice...

why it is so difficult to contact any Adobe mail, or similar, in order to receive answers ?

If someone happens to know, but I would really like to get an answer from the Adobe people.

Regards

Alberto

You should be able to get in touch with Adobe Support directly using this link https://helpx.adobe.com/in/contact.html

Use the chat button to get started.

Did you add your company's tax number to your Adobe account? If so, as is normal in most of the EU, no sales taxes are charged.

Adobe don't offer email support or customer service.

Contact Adobe sales department, but I doubt that you will get a qualified answer from a sales agent, except if that is something common to answer.

I did, however, by reading your question, not find out what taxes you mean. Is it VAT (sales tax) or direct taxes?

Sales taxes may be excempt according to EU rules. Directed taxes may be excempt, because as the headquarters are in Ireland, taxes are due in Ireland.
