U44M1P7 error only happen at PS CS6 update and others won't happen !

This happen now I had checked and checked again ! none of my App had error it execute well and the clouds show i need to update PS (PhotoShop)

so.. follow the instruction to execiute the update all run will till status bar -> 100% then a message show out U44M1P7 error ! can't update photoshop

to the new version even through i had download the patch  and try to fix it but when i execute the patch install program all get an error ->

this patch not support your version !    how can it be ?
