U44M1P7 error when trying to update Photoshop

HI all

I'm getting the U44M1P7 error when trying to update Photoshop CS6 to the new Creative Cloud version via AAM.  Anyone know what is causing this and how I can get the update to load

Third gen i7, 8GB RAM, Windows 8, 2GB NVIDIA 650M
