hello.I bought a member of Creative Cloud payment was a little delay, but 1 2 days later I installed the balance on the card.But now I can not use the Premier Pro program because I have membership in the program, although I do not pretend to have a new membership again to be asked.I bought my membership in the form of monthly payment plan, but even though my card is money is not drawn for monthly payment and our jobs are running out.I want my problem solved as quickly as possible.
