I paid good money for a subscription to lighthouse AND photoshop and everytime I try and access the "premium" account that I paid for, it says "sorry something went wrong." "We're having trouble processing your purchase at the moment. Please try again".

 

its funny - cuz you def didn't have a problem taking the money out of my account, so weird

I've never heard of lighthouse... do you mean lightroom?
