Unable to activate acrobat pro 2010: serial number as reached activation limit

Unable to activate acrobat pro 2010: serial number as reached activation limit and when using a different number it is asking for the qualifying product.

Just purchaesed a new computer (windows); adobe product registration lists 3 acrobat pro 2010 subscriptions with 2 users each but some have not been decativted prior to wipping the computers.

Help to override this....
