Unable to activate Acrobat Profession v2020 Perpetual

Question

I have three or four perpetual Acrobat including 2020(in serial number) registered to my Adobe ID, installed using the package downloaded from account.adobe.com

But problem is it prompts me to sign-in and input serial number on ever launch.

I checked the log, it says the product is not activated.

I've done troubleshooting steps in these pages:

I've checked the network and I have used cleaner tool and reinstalled.

Yo tuve el mismo problema con adobe acrobat dc pro version 2015.

sal actualizar al windows11. lo solucione con la actualizacion Acrobat2015Upd1500630527.msp . Se instala sobre la que ya tienesy ya te deja activar la cuenta, por probar no se pierde nada. El archivo esta en la Comunidad
