unable to activate over the internet message! I have deactivated from old computer and installed on new one.

CS5.5 Design Premium.

I have deactivated on old computer and now trying to reinstall.

Message says I cant over the internet.

also, the serial number is not showing in my account?! how is that possible?

    For whatever reason, Adobe is not presenting older CS account information in customer accounts, and any request for such information might be answered with a "we no longer support" response.  They do have the information but are not always willing to provide it - sometimes it is just a matter of who you manage to have answer your request and how you request it.
