unable to activate product

When I attempt to activate our Creative Cloud access, I receive this error message:

Unable to activate Creative Cloud

Product activation is required to use this product

You must have a working internet connection to activate this product.  Please check your connection settings and choose TRY AGAIN.

I have checked the internet connection and I'm able to go anywhere on the Internet that I want to.  I'm using a Mac computer.  Please help me!

    sign out and then back in to your cc app using your subscription id, Sign out, Sign in | Creative Cloud Desktop app

    if you continue to see the same error after doing that, Sign in, activation, or connection errors | CS5.5 and later
