Unable to buy or try Photoshop

I've been trying to download photoshop on to my community for the past two hours. Each time I try to buy it comes up as 404 error. Each time I try to start a free trial it comes up with 404 error. I have tried on multiple computers, browsers and devices and nothing is happening. Is this a common issue?

I am very sorry, Default, but I do not understand your post. Can you clarify what you mean by trying to download photoshop to your community?

When you encounter error 404, is that occurring when you attempt to purchase a Creative Cloud membership?
