Unable to cancel trial

I'm unable to cancel my plan. I follow the instructions but when i click "Cancel your plan" link, in a new window I put in my email address but it keeps loading (please check attached). I've already tried with differents i.browsers.

    Problem solved after contacting support. They did try to make me a better offer (lol).

    Also, support removed my credit card
