Unable to do any trial programs
I am unable to use or do any trial of any program. I already talked to support and they keep trying to tell me that my account is suspended due to failed payment. Fact is my account subscription is cancelled and it even reflects that in my account details. But I feel that after today I will not use another adobe product after being completely ignored on what I was saying. Need to update the records of people here, cause I will not be charged twice at all. All i am wanting is to be able to try a program before i even decide to buy it. I cant even do any of the trial programs even though my account is creative cloud free right now.
