Unable to Download Acrobat 11 Pro Trial

Hi there,

I am having trouble downloading the trial version of Acrobat 11 Pro. After I open the download assisstant, it comes up with an error "AcrobatPro_11_Web_W error_4960".

If I igonre this and continue with download, it takes a long time to download stuff but ends with a error message and directs to re download manually from where the downlaod assisstant was installed. I have tried many different ways but I doesnt seem to work for me. Please help
