Question

Unable to download Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design Standard‎. After a while, I get a message, "Please try again to save to a different location."

Tried multiple browsers. Using a new computers that has 8 GB of RAM and almost 2 tB of disk space, most of which is free. Support has been unreachable. Any suggestions would be helpful.

    Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache.  If it continues to fail try using a different browser.

    You can also download the trial version of the software thru the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.


    Be sure to follow the steps outlined in the Note: Very Important Instructions section on the download pages at this site and have cookies enabled in your browser or else the download will not work properly.

    I have tried all the suggestions without any luck. I seem to be running into a 640 MByte limit on downloads ... that much is downloaded and then everything is stopped. Three browsers, 6 hours, cookies active, and no luck. Guess I'll sleep on it and maybe tomorrow will be a better day!
