Unable to Download apps

I am having an issue where I want to download Adobe Fresco from the Creative Cloud App, but it's saying it's incompatible because I need to update my computer. I have the most recent windows update, but it keeps telling me I need a Windows update from May 2019.

Your System Does Not meet the system Requirements.

If it did you would be able to install Fresco.

When the Error says Update your System it is not only talking about the version of Windows. It is talking about other parts of your system.

IIRC Fresco needs a Device that has a Touch Screen.

click the windows start button>type winver>enter>insert (don't attach) a screenshot of the winver window.

that's not the latest (but should meet specs). ntl, use your win 10 search to start system updates and update your os.
