Unable to download Creative cloud

Hi, 

I am unable to download the creative cloud app on my mac. The download always freezes at 1.5%. I have tried removing the apps and tried downloading it again, facing the same issue again. 

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

What are the complete computer specs, including hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, what capacity, and how full)?
