Unable To Download Creative Cloud on Windows 10, Because of Both Error 201 and 204.

Whenever I try to download CC it fail. When I restart my computer it can get to 6% but it fails, due to error 204. But every time after that it ends at 2% due to error 201. I only have the set up, so I don't know what could have caused error 204. My internet is not the best but it doesn't cut out. I tried turning of my firewall and the application manager, which isn't supported anymore.
