unable to download due to firewall

firstly it is IMPOSSIBLE to contact any customer support from adobe, are they just a shell company that only has web pages you have to scroll through for help?

I have been trying for at least 5 hours now to install the creative cloud, i get an error you are not connected to the internet which I 100% am, next error if I continue is you need to disable firewall etc, firewall is disabled and i do not have any anti virus software on here, still i get an error try again later.

this is infuriating , no one to get support off and something so simple that doesnt work.

Am not a fan of cloud based subscritpions purely because of this.

Without any actual system info and specific details about your Internet conenction nobody can tell you much. Start by checking the relevant troubleshooting articles:

Everything else will require more info. And as much as you may not like it, you might have run into those issues latest when attempting to activate a standalone software just as well in the olden days. So with all respect, give us something to work with and we will try to sort it out.
