unable to download due to firewall
firstly it is IMPOSSIBLE to contact any customer support from adobe, are they just a shell company that only has web pages you have to scroll through for help?
I have been trying for at least 5 hours now to install the creative cloud, i get an error you are not connected to the internet which I 100% am, next error if I continue is you need to disable firewall etc, firewall is disabled and i do not have any anti virus software on here, still i get an error try again later.
this is infuriating , no one to get support off and something so simple that doesnt work.
Am not a fan of cloud based subscritpions purely because of this.
