unable to download ellements 11 due to an error (shared tecnologies)

Just purchesed adobe ellements and premier ellements 11 but can't download it on my computer due to an error report saying I have Shared tecnologies. I have ellements and premier 8 on my computer now. I also tryed the trile version of 11 but I deleted it. not sure what to do?
