Unable to download .exe file from download page
I have a creative cloud license for 1yr, and whilst trying to download Adobe Apps, I receive a blank page every time whilst clicking download link on the APP page.
I were on customer support chat for over half an hour, where by the Adobe employee went around in circles for nearly an hour, repeating himself multiple times, and not addressing my question. He constantly tried to convince me it was a problem with my computer, however I know this was not the case. Using various browsers, each time I were sent to a blank page whilst trying to download any of the CC app.
If I am unable to access the webpage Adobe has provided, I would request alternate direct links to download Adobe's CC Apps.
The service from the customer support chat was appalling, and at great disgust towards Adobe.
