Unable to download Illustrator free trial

Hello,

I am trying to download Illustrator's free Creative Cloud trial. The Creative Cloud icon displays on my desktop but later I get the following error message:

Illustrator CC Install

Please close the following aplications to continue:

- RSO3MiddleTierService.exe

- RSO3Server.exe

When I search for the .exe files, they are not located on my system. I have also cleared the cache, uninstalled the Creative Cloud desktop, shut down my system and started it again. I have a Windows 7 Professional system and am using Chrome to download.

Thanks for the help.

Hi csndenver121,

Perform selective startup and try installing again: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-in/windows-vista/run-selective-startup-using-system-configuration .

In case of any issue try the direct download: http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cc-direct-download-links.html .

Kindly follow the very important instructions before download.

Hello,

I found the 2 exe files in services that were causing difficulty. I deactivated them and was able to download the needed files. I decided to try Photoshop instead, but it worked. Thanks for your help!
