Unable to download older Ai version (27.3) to work with my MacOS Catalina 10.15.7

I was facing issues with Ai 2023 version after a recent update - so uninstalled it. Now I am looking to dowload an older version so that it works on my old MacOS Catalina 10.15.7 - google search revealed that "Ai version 27.3" (also called "Ai 24") should work but I am unable to find a way to download this through the CC app. Also read that maybe I need to go back to "Ai 2022". But in any case I am not able to see any older versions so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Catalina is no longer supported.

Make sure your computer meets the minimum CPU & GPU requirements. Most Creative Cloud apps work on these systems, no more than 2 versions back:

Windows 11 (64-bit) versions 24H2, 23H2; Windows 10 versions 22H2, 21H2;
MacOS 15 (Sequoia), 14.7 (Sonoma), 13.6.7 (Ventura).

1. you can install the latest and 1 version prior versions using the cc desktop app. you must have a subscription because previous versions are not available with trials. other versions are revealed after clicking file preferences>apps>tick show older apps (at panel bottom).

2. no other versions are available

I do have a subscription, but I am not able to see the previous version on the CC desktop app?

I was using the Ai 2023 version fine until yesterday. Then this morning it started crashing so went to CC app and saw there was an update available - thinking that would solve the matter I downloaded the update but it still kept crashing - just wouldn't open. So, I uninstalled thinking that I will reinstall and older version. But just can't find any other versions? And the one that shows up just says incompatible.

open your cc desktop app preferences and enable "show older versions".
