Unable to download Photoshop CC & LR - Administrator?

Have signed up and paid for Photoshop CC & LR. When I try to download it says I need administrator permission. I don't have one as I'm the only user and there is no network in operation. I looked in Windows to no avail. Any hints.

Thanks, sorted it out! I thought by logging in to adobe.com, I'd get access there. But if anyone else has the same issue, you need to first get the installer downloading.

you mean when you try and install it, something says you need admin permission?

if yes, right click the install file and click "run as administrator".
