Unable to download Story

I was unsuccessful in downloading the trial version of Story, but went ahead and started paying for full CC membership, as need other Apps anyway. I am trying to download Story now - to get the paid version  - and it still hangs. I have selected to not block pop ups, turned off my firewall and tried different browsers. Please can someone help me. I am on OS X 10.9.4 Mavericks
