Unable to download updates through Creative Cloud app
My Creative Cloud app fails to start. Tech support level 1 and level 2 are not able to resolve the problem. So I need an alternative way to download updates. If I use the download option under Manage Plan in my account, will I get the newest version of the respective apps and will they install properly over the existing apps? I have an internet service with a data download limit (sadly, the only service available at my location) so I need to get the downloads right on the first try; I don't have enough data bandwidth for multiple tries.
