Unable to edit Paypal details

When trying to change paypal email I press edit and website is doing something but I am not able to edit my payments

The same thing occurs on both linux and windows7 and on both firefox and IE.

Must update payment for uninterrupted service but I am not able to do it.

I only hope Adobe is not going to punish me and cancel my service because of their faults.

I don't see any options for card payment either, just paypal.
