Unable to get On One Capture Raw to open...

I have just submitted payment to Adobe  for the use of On One Capture Raw 2020 as part of my Adobe Creative Cloud subscription package.. So far I have been unable to open On One C/R. .. is there any way you may be able to assist me or find what the problem is... I have been using Lightroom and Photoshop for at least two years continuos subscription.. I need On One Capture Raw working A.S.A.P... Thank you..

    On One is not part of the Adobe CC program. And if you want to use the On1 system you have to buy it from On1.
