Unable to get rid of Reset preferences window which removes PS installation

Hi,

I have exactly the same issue, but with Photoshop. Anything I do will be interrupted by this window. It's really annoying when you are doing something and you get interrupted so many times, like 3-5 times in 10 minutes, that is how often opens. If I select keep preferences, it will uninstall Photoshop, if I select remove preferences, it will do the same and uninstall Photoshop. "Cancel' won't do anything as well.

I uninstalled Adobe Creative Cloud with the Uninstall tool but nothing changed. I'm out of options. Please kindly help

Uninstalled tool:

Uninstall the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application

Maybe that will help you, it didn't help me.

Thank you

Odin1234, if I understand your original post, you keep receiving a message to reset Photoshop CC's preferences.  When you do so Photoshop CC is then uninstalled from the computer, is this correct?

If so can you please post a screenshot of the dialog you are clicking on to this public forum discussion.  You can find details on how to post a screenshot at https://forums.adobe.com/thread/963429.
