Unable to get rid of Reset preferences window which removes PS installation

Question

Hi,I have exactly the same issue, but with Photoshop. Anything I do will be interrupted by this window. It's really annoying when you are doing something and you get interrupted so many times, like 3-5 times in 10 minutes, that is how often opens. If I select keep preferences, it will uninstall Photoshop, if I select remove preferences, it will do the same and uninstall Photoshop. "Cancel' won't do anything as well.I uninstalled Adobe Creative Cloud with the Uninstall tool but nothing changed. I'm out of options. Please kindly helpUninstalled tool:Uninstall the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application Maybe that will help you, it didn't help me.Thank you

Odin1234, if I understand your original post, you keep receiving a message to reset Photoshop CC's preferences. When you do so Photoshop CC is then uninstalled from the computer, is this correct?
